Andrea Romeo, one of the areas leading designers, is known for her extensive design expertise in both Residential and Commercial Design. Andrea has a following of clients throughout the country-spanning Connecticut, Manhattan, Boston, Chicago, Austin, and Hilton Head Island. She is backed by some of the most skilled contractors, builders, architects, flooring experts, kitchen and bath specialists and other professionals.
Andrea has gained praise for her passion and love for design which is evident in her innovative work. Her take on design is unique as she creates one-of-a-kind spaces that reflect the personality of each client. She is a certified Interior Decorator and received design training from the New York Institute of Art and Design.
HEATHER THOMPSON, INTERIOR DESIGNER & BUSINESS MANAGER
Heather has experience in home renovation and interior design. She resides and works in Charleston, SC, and Fairfield County, CT. Loving fashion, she does not shy away from color but skillfully keeps the design classic, tranquil, and modern. Her quick eye to redesign a space and ideas for enhancing light creates a story that is easy to visualize. Heather’s midwestern roots keep her very hardworking and extremely respectful of timelines and budgets.
Heather has a Bachelor of Science degree in Therapeutic Recreation, and a Paralegal degree, and has studied fashion and design for over 20 years. She also has had the privilege to learn from designers in Greenwich, Charleston, and Minneapolis. Her well-rounded work experience in health care, business, and finance gives her the expertise to thoughtfully listen to the needs and wants of clients. In addition, Heather provides home streamlining services which can be very useful in the redesign and renovation process. Her chic sense of style along with her business background are an asset to any level of project.
REBECCA S. BAGLIO, Co-FOUNDER
Rebecca started her career as a corporate attorney in Manhattan but always felt her love of fashion, design and the arts was her true passion. She has been involved in the design process on several new construction projects in Hilton Head, South Carolina over the past few years which refocused her career interests. Rebecca's corporate experience and talent for business development and grassroots marketing are an asset to R + B Design.
